New GTA Online tease thrills Grand Theft Auto fans

GTA Online is almost eight years old, but his ability to generate money for Rockstar Games means the developer continues to support him. It remains to be seen when this support will end, but it won’t be anytime soon. Speaking to GTA Net, Rockstar Games announced that they are working on a few things for GTA Online that players will see later this year, including some new Halloween content. On top of that, Rockstar Games teased Grand Theft Auto fans that it also contains “exciting new updates” coming beyond 2021.

“We’ve got a few things planned this year that we think will be really fun for the community, as well as some new Halloween activities and some exciting new updates beyond that,” said Rockstar Games.

Rockstar continued:

“We also wanted to take a moment to thank the entire community for continuing to support GTA Online. We were touched by the incredible response from Los Santos Tuners. We always check that crews organize their own meetups and generally immerse themselves in automotive culture, and bring that back to GTA Online is something we’ve been wanting to do for a while. With the number of players requesting that we bring a car-focused update to GTA Online, now was the time to celebrate that aspect of the game. It has always been important to us that players can get in touch and let us know the kinds of things they would like to see in the game. “

For now, it remains to be seen what that content is, and it’s unclear to what extent this is pure and outright marketing discourse. That said, all you have to do is get fans of the game excited.

GTA Online is available through PC, PS4, and Xbox One, and it’s also playable on PS5 and Xbox Series X via backward compatibility, with native ports slated to arrive on November 11.
